Ramadan Health Tips: How to Stay Healthy During the Holy Month

Ramadan is a special time of the year for Muslims around the world. It’s a time of spiritual reflection and devotion, as well as a time of fasting. During the month of Ramadan, Muslims abstain from food and drink from sunrise to sunset. While fasting can have many benefits, it’s important to prioritize your health as well. Here are some tips to help you stay healthy during the holy month of Ramadan.

  1. Stay Hydrated: Even though you can’t drink water during fasting hours, it’s important to stay hydrated during non-fasting hours. Drink plenty of water, and avoid sugary or caffeinated beverages, which can dehydrate you.
